Booking Conditions - Keep for reference

Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 20% non-refundable deposit.

The balance payment  is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.

CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.We strongly advise holiday insurance cover for your peace of mind. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The cottages are available from *3.00pm/4.00pm on the day of arrival to* 9.30am/10.00am on the day of departure.(* dependant on property type)

GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated.

GROUPS - We do not  accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 25 years.

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages must be reported to the owners and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage/extra cleaning

PETS A well behaved pet is most welcome, by arrangement. However it should not be left alone in the cottages or allowed to foul the gardens.Pets not allowed in bedrooms or on soft furnishings. 

In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of accommodation and gardens is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.

 PARKING  Parking for one car per unit is available in our private courtyard. The proprietors of the Old House do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to vehicles whilst on the site.
